1.1 Custom Nature: All PC systems sold are custom-built to order. Images displayed are representative and final components may vary based on availability, provided the specifications meet or exceed the advertised tier.
1.2 Order Confirmation: An order is only accepted when payment is successfully verified and the shipping details are confirmed. The Build Shop reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipment if necessary.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Final Price: All prices are as displayed on the checkout page. Prices are subject to change without notice until the order is placed.
2.2 Payment Methods: We accept Stripe (Credit Card / Apple Pay), PayPal, and Bitcoin (BTC).
2.3 BTC Payments: For Bitcoin payments, the transaction is considered complete only upon full network confirmation of the exact amount specified. Any shortfall will require additional payment.
3. Shipping and Fulfillment
3.1 Shipping: Shipping timelines are estimates and commence after the build and testing phase is complete. Build times may vary based on component availability (typically 1-4 weeks).
3.2 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our builds, cancellations are generally not permitted once the assembly process has begun.
4.2 Refunds: Refunds are only provided for products that are defective upon arrival or if the order is canceled by The Build Shop. For technical issues, we first reserve the right to attempt repair.
